SERVICES INCLUDED

• Weekly cleaning service with towel and bed linen change
• Guest support available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Check-in from 4pm
• Check-out until 12:00 PM

OTHER BENEFITS

• Access to common areas and outdoor spaces of Casa Nova Farmhouse
• Support from the local team for recommendations and bookings of experiences in the region.
• Possibility of additional services upon prior request (e.g., extra cleaning, local experiences, personalized services)

Note: All services and access are subject to availability and any operational limitations.

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

•   Initial payment: To guarantee the reservation, an advance payment equivalent to 30 nights is required (applies to stays longer than 30 days).
•   Subsequent payments: For monthly stays exceeding 30 nights, payment for each month must be made up to 30 days before the respective stay period.
•   Cancellations: In case of cancellation, there will be no refund of amounts already paid.

Note: For monthly stays exceeding 30 nights, a discount will be applied upon full prepayment of the reserved months.   5% of the total cost of the stay.

RATES

The rates shown are valid for the months of   January, February, March, October, November and December of 2025/2026 , corresponding to stays of   30 nights , accommodation only.   without breakfast , with   VAT included at the current legal rate .
